The Development of Web-Based Learning Resources for Mathematics

This paper presents a critique of a web-based program to support tertiary students' mathematical needs. The program was designed to provide students a range of learning experiences in order to enhance their understanding of mathematical content and concepts, through the use of the graphics calculator (speci cally the Hewlett Packard HP 38G). The content of the learning material was developed to support the unit Basic Technology Mathematics o ered at Central Queensland University in the Autumn semester.
